Why Weight Gain After Tummy Tuck?

I had a tummy tuck in Feb 2010 i weighed 115 lbs i eat right i excercise at the gym... But i am up to 120lbs. i can't fit in my jeans or shorts.. by my tummy tuck scar i have what feels like a bone.. my dr said it iss a staple but has not gone away.. could something be wrong inside? HELP!

Without being able to examine you I would defer to your surgeon. It takes months for inflammation and swelling to go down and I doubt that you ae able to burn off calories in the gym as easily now as you were before surgery. But that will come. In the absence of a large fluid collection which your surgeon would have recognized all you can do is wait and watch your caloric intake.
