Does Fx laser get rid of broken blood vessels and capillaries around the nose?

Fx laser not the best for treating blood vessels
There are more specific lasers for superficial blood vessels of the skin, such as the V-beam 595nm. laser and the KTP laser. FX and Fraxel are non-specific lasers that are better for improving the texture of the skin and lightening brown spots.

FX is better for brown spots and photoaging
Those stubborn blood vessels around the nose usually respond best to visible light lasers and light devices like PDL, IPL, certain YAG lasers and KTP lasers (which have blood as the target). FX is absorbed by water and ablates sun ravaged skin to reveal smoother, brighter, younger-looking skin. Make sure your allergies are under control before treatment to prevent recurrence after treatment.
