Fulfil or Verafil are permanent lip implants that are very soft and cushiony because they are filled with varying amounts of saline. They are a great implant which is easy to put in the lip and easy to remove if you ever want it removed but most never will want it removed. Cost is roughly $1500-2000 per lip and done under local anesthesia.
