Frown/laugh Line on One Side-more Permanent Solution

I have a laugh line on one side of the face. There are the longer lines from the nose down then the smaller ones like small apostrophes parallel to the lip. That is the part I want to address. I know there are fillers but they're not permanent. Would any type of laser help? Is there a more permanent solution?
