I Have a Frown Crease on the Right Side Corner of my Mouth. Can't Afford Treatment Suggestions? (photo)

I have a frown crease on the right side corner of my mouth. I also have cerebral palsy and my right eye brow droops. I am only 47 and as I age it is getting worse. I wear long bangs to hide it.My medicare will not pay for cosmetic procedures and being on social security disability for the time being so I can barely get by. So I cant pay for any procedures. Any suggestions would be helpful. I really started noticing this after my son was born, 20 years ago. Thank you, Susan
