Complete freckle removal takes some heroics
Depending on your basic skin color, ancestry, history of sun damage, there may be some help.
Long-term treatment with a strong bleach cream might do it. Must be a presciption and you need to have your doctor check your progress.

It is a big decision so be sure to study and consult with specialists who have long experience with such issues.
