Number of Fraxel Treatments?

Fraxel Restore is a fractionated laser therefore multiple treatments are necessary.Depending on the patient skin type  and the diagnosis,  5 treatments are generally required to see the improvement.

Fraxel Re:store usually is done for a series of 5 or 6 treatments. When treating melasma and superficial texture changes it can be done every two weeks or even less. Acne scars are treated with deeper treatment and these are done every three weeks or more. 

Hi Sallyo, Fraxel re:store treatments require 4 to 6 treatments separated by 2 to 4 weeks depending upon the patients skin type and what condition is being treated. The more aggressive Fraxel re:pair rejuvenates the skin in one treatment, some patients request a second or third treatment separated by 4 to 6 months.
