Fraxel for oil glands
I do not think that this has been studied, but there is no reason to think that the Fraxel laser would have any effect on overproductive oil glands. Both the Smoothbeam laser and PDT target sebaceous (oil) glands to some extent, and in my experience neither of these decrease oil production significantly.
