I have always covered my legs because of insect bits that caused hypo & hyper-pigmentation. I tried getting a Fraxel treatment on a small section. But, it caused more hypo-pigmentation. Over the years I have tried different creams & have seen many doctors. Unfortunately, I have had no luck in getting even tone skin. What should I do? Should I try V-Tar?
