Fraxel and Thermage After 2 Facelifts?

I am 78 and have had 2 Facelifts and photo light. Can I still have Fraxel Laser and Thermage?

Both will help improve your skin

In all likelihood, yes. You would have to be examined to determine the volume loss, gravity effect, and skin texture conditions.  But this combination will give you nice improvement.

These can be options for you

Thermage and Fraxel-type lasers can be options for anyone h=who has had a facelift. Thermage is gentle enough where any concern for skin damage after facial surgery should not be an issue. Thermage can provide a moderate amount of skin tightening, but works best on patients who have maintained good elasticity in their skin. Fraxel re:pair and Thermage After 2 Facelifts in 78 Year Old Patient?

Hi Blurry, Many patients in their 70's have had previous facial surgery and are excellent candidates for Fraxel re:pair. The treatment is performed under local and topical anesthesia in the office so that older patient's do not have to undergo the expense and risk of general anesthesia. Although I do not use Thermage in my practice, it too can be used in patients who have previously had facelifts. Be well. Dr. P
