Plucking Hair After Fraxel Damaging?

It's now been 1 week after having Fraxel treatment on a small area (about 1 cm diameter) on my face. The treatment was to remove a scar. I've now had four treatments and it's been a week since the last one. I had a hair sticking out right in the middle. It looked like a mess and I was worried it might restrict healing. I plucked it out but now I'm worried that plucking it 1 week after Fraxel could have damaged my skin because the area is now a darker red/pink color. Did I do something wrong?
