Is Fraxel Restore or Fraxel Repair Safer and More Effective for Asian Skin?

I've gone through 6 treatments of Affirm multiplex to treat my acne scars. Although there was no complications and I can see improvement in my skin tone and texture, the result is not fantastic as I expected. I think I'm more of type III Asian skin and during my sessions with Affirm, the redness was gone after only one night. As such, I think my skin is not very sensitive. So should I choose Fraxel restore or repair to see significant improvement but still keep the risk at reasonable level?
