Fraxel Re:pair Vs Total FX for Neck Skin Tightening

Hi jonjanna -- We have the Fraxel repair and the Lumenis Ultrapulse Encore (which is used for Active FX and TotalFx). Both can be used successfully, but we prefer the Fraxel repair. All fractional co2 laser such as Total Fx, Fraxel Repair, Mixto performed very comparably. Even though improvement is seen most of the time, the protocol needs to be more conservative to minimize risk of post-inflammatory pigmentation, redness, or even scarring.
