Fraxel Re:pair vs Total FX: Which should I choose for skin tightening on my neck?

There aren't many doctors offering Fraxel Re:pair in my area, and it's easier to find doctors that provide Total FX. Will skin tightening results through Total FX be as good as Fraxel Re:pair's results?

Dr Schlessenger, I'm now confused. One of your prior answers said that you frequently did the face and neck together. I plan on getting my face, neck and chest together. I also don't understand the comment about makeup. Makeup will be needed where? Can you explain your answer a bit more? Thank you, Jana
