Fraxel Repair or Total FX PIH Risk on Skin Type 4?

Hello, I'm considering Fraxel Repair or Total FX (Active FX/Deep FX) for acne scarring. I have skin type 4, Middle Eastern skin. Will I get PIH after treatment? Is one laser better at preventing pigment problems over the other? In the past, I've had full face Erbium, chemical peels, and dermasanding with no pigment problems. Is fractionated co2 at deep levels safe on me, or am I for sure going to get post inflammatory hyperpigmentation? What about hypopigmentation? Thank you!
