Ice Pick Scars After Fraxel Repair

I have very fair skin and I had a Fraxel Repair treatment in Nov 2008. It left me with ice pick scarring around my nose and chin area. I then had CO2 laser to help correct it and it looks worse. I have more lines under my chin and a deeper pocket of scarring. Before all this, I had beautiful soft skin with NO scarring. I have had chemical peels before with awesome results. Would this help? What next?
