Fraxel Treatment of Hypopigmented Surgical Scars
Hi Running,
I have treated two patients with hypopigmented surgical scars on their necks while treating their face, neck , and chest with Fraxel re:pair. The scars showed minimal improvement. I would think that treating with a series of Fraxel re:store treatments may be as good, or a series of Fraxel re:pair Lite treatments (very low energy and density).

Fraxel treatment may help with white scars
I have done some Fraxel Restore treatments on patients who had acne scars, as well as white hypopigmented spots. After a series of treatments, the white spots became more pigmented; however, this does not happen all the time
