Fraxel Repair Grid Marks On Healed Skin

I had Fraxel Repair in early November and still have grid marks or little tiny squares all over my skin. The marks are NOT pigmentation, but actual indentations. It's very noticeable, especially with makeup.

What causes this and when will it go away?

Marks After Fraxel Treatments

I would certainly suggest talking with the physician who performed your procedure about your concerns or get a second opinion. I personally have not seen this complication after fractional laser resurfacing and would wonder if this represents more of a pigment problem or texture problem which may require additional laser resurfacing treatments.
