Fraxel Repair is a terrific procedure for eyelid improvement
Fraxel repair does a wonder ful job for the upper and lower eye lids.
It improves laxity and texture of the skin.
For marionette lines, Fraxel repair will definitely help, however, you probably will also need some filler injections.

Fraxel re:pair for Eye Bags and Marionette Lines
Hi Sissy,
Fraxel re;pair is an excellent treatment for tightening lax and crepey skin under the eyes. It does increase volume of the cheeks which helps to blend the cheeks with the "bags". If the bags are very large then surgery will likely be required.
Marionette lines are very difficult to treat, even with surgical facelift procedures. Fraxel re:pair will help a little, but this area is difficult, and usually requires injection of fillers to maximize results.
