Faster Aging from Fraxel Repair or Other Ablative Lasers?

I've had 2 Fraxel Repair treatments at 70mj-60%, and somebody has mentioned destruction of Follicular Stem Cells, which would result in accelerated aging. Are there any indication that this is a problem with Fraxel Repair or any ablative lasers?
