Fraxel Laser for Third Degree Burn Scars?

Hi. I have this 3rd degree burn scar on my body (tummy and both thighs) due to hot water. The scars are now thick and very itchy.

I'm planning to have Fraxel Laser treatment. Please advise me if this treatment really works for my scars?

i too have 3rd degree burns from a dr using too high laser settings...I had approx 6-8 fraxel restore treatments w/ little results that I could see. I had great results w/ medical tattooing at breaking up the "thickness" and the ropey-type bands that formed. It's hard to find someone to do them tho... good luck! Unsure
