Fraxel Laser to treat hypopigmentation and hyperpigmentation?

I had Laser surgery to treat hyperpigmentation. Now, I have hyperpigmentation and hypopigmentation.

I have an appointment for an consult coming up for Fraxel laser treatment. Is this a good idea?
