Does Fraxel Laser permanently treat hyperpigmented scars? Why do you need to use bleaching cream if you are on the treatment? Surely, using bleaching cream wouldn't allow proper visualisation of the Fraxel Laser effect as the cream itself bleaches. Is Fraxel Laser only suitable for caucasians, or also others such as Afro-carribean and Asian skin?
