Fraxel Laser for Follicular Eczema?

I've recently been diagnosed with follicular eczema through a biopsy. I was told Fraxel Laser treatment would help. Is this true or would you recommend something else?

I don't laser over eczema
When you have ecxema the skin is already irritated. If you Fraxel over an eczematous area, the chances of your eczema getting worse is high. Therefore, I prefer to treat the eczema first and if there is any need to do any lasers, I do it after.
