There was another question from India with the same issue...Give it a couple weeks and check back... Something like Revale skin coffee berry or an antioxidant ect to reduce redness and inflamation will help.... If severe or persistant ask the doc about using Tri-Luma for short course....As little as is effective... Avoid and try to prevent further inflamation irritation... I like TNS recovery serum by Skin medica.. Amazing for healing with out irritation and really works PCS skin lightning gel no Hydroqyuione very effective and affordable uses Kojic Ask your doctor what he suggests.. Micro derm has helped many who have slow cell turnover after Fraxel as wel as Aldara to soften plugs or hard skin Good luck Follow up and let us know how you progress
