Why are so many people saying that the Fraxel has caused them to get severe hyper or hypopigmentation? Someone answered that it might be because Fraxel severely damaged the skin underneath the top layer. I was also told that Fraxel helped reduce hyperpigmentation but people who did not have it ends up getting it because of the Fraxel.
