Are Fraxel, Cool Touch, Plasma, Radio Frequency Equally Effective for Ance Scars?

I took 3 fractional co2 laser, but there are some small "holes" left on my face. Is it normal to see the holes on my face for 2 months? If not, how can i treat them? I no longer consider ablative skin resurfacing now. I am looking for non ablative one. 1. Are fraxel, cool touch, plasma, radio frequency equally effective for ance scar? 2. What are their difference? 3. What are the pros and cons of each? 4. Any better recommendation? thanks!
