Two articles recently have shown CO2 laser effective for Steatocystoma multiplex. To prevent reccurence the cyst walls must be removed? Can fraxel restore / repair be used? Because fraxel removes only fractions of the skin, would only a 100% ablative CO2 laser work in removing these lesions?

Give it a few more days! I would advise against it for at least a week. Your skin should be completely healed prior to any rigorous exercises or going into a hot tub.
