Fractured Zygomatic Arch Needs Repairing, Again. Are There Any Permanent Solutions? (photo)

I fractured my left zygomatic arch, 5mm indent. I had it fixed w/ surgery 30 days later (!!!) without plates, but he warned it may not stick. Anyway 2 months later it's now collapsed (not as badly) and I have major pressure headaches, pain when I eat, and ear pain. I can't even sleep well unless I take something. Aesthetically I would like it fixed too, I feel self conscious and "flat" on one side and I hate being looked at, which is a big deal for an aspiring actress! It can be fixed right?

If the previous procedure did not reduce the zygomatic fracture, an open approach with plates would be the next step. Find a facial plastic, plastic surgeon or ENT surgeon who treats facial fractures. Hope this helps.
