Fractional Laser Skin Resurfacing (Palomar) Vs. Laser Genesis (Both Non Ablative)

I had slight indents - ice pick and other scars on cheeks from cystic acne. Slight redness as well. Have been advised different treatments everywhere I go. Skin type Fitzpatrick IV or V. Which treatment out of the above 2 is recommended? Based on my research they both seem to be the same? Can you confirm? Will this help with the skin texture and redness? The other option I've been suggested is Collagen Induction Therapy as well which is something at the back of my mind.
