Is Fractional Laser 1540 Treament with Setting of 150, Too Low ?

I got a Fractional laser 1540 at a setting of 150 and have not noticed anything changing. It has been 4days. They want me to come back in 4 weeks to do another at the same setting.

Is it worth the money? Will I have to get a lot more treatments to notice any change? Will sticking to the 3-5 treatments actually work? They only go over the area once they will not stack during the treatment. What do you think?
