Is this a normal recovery after Fractional CO2 treatment?

I had a fractional co2 performed on my face, my whole face is burned and I have a burns in shape of rectangles all over. I do not have any bleeding, just burn, which really looks to me as a photofacial burn. Can this be a regular scenario after fractional? I thought fractional means to have small incisions. Please help I am panicking!
