Little Effect on Sagging Skin
In our experience, Fractional CO2 treatments can give some improvement in fine lines but very little improvement in sagging skin. Instead sagging skin must be corrected by surgical tightening or at a minimum (in carefully selected patients) deep resurfacing with traditional CO2 lasers or Phenol based chemical peeling.
