Fractional CO2 Vs Affirm Laser for Safest Laser Treatment?

I have many scars and red spots on my cheek. Recently, I have taken 6 months ACNOTIN 10 MG medial treatment. Is this I have to wait at least 6 months to do any Laser treatment?
I worry about PIH (post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation) after laser treatment. Does Affirm laser carry lower possibility of PIH appearing than Fractional CO2 laser? Is this brand, Lumenis, the most advanced and safest Fractional CO2 laser? How about Microxel?
