Which Foundation is Better for Fine Lines?

I currently use Bare Minerals/Bare Escentuals mineral makeup they claim that it doesn't settle into fine lines and that it's good for every skin type? Is it possible for powder makeup not to settle in fine lines? I have normal to dry sometimes oily in t-zone. I want to use the right product I'm 39 and I use REtin-A,Obagi C serum. Bare MInerals Clinique or Lancome? Or an OTC. Suggestions?
