I went to a board certified dermatologist and had a half vial of sculptra injected. My face has been slightly tender and swollen since with large hardened lymph nodes. What can I do and who should I see?

Answer: Sculptra was injected through my mouth by my parotid gland over two years ago. I have mumps like swelling. Is this permanent?
Thank you for your question. Chances are you have injection site swelling or even deeper bruises that are contributing to your swelling. This will resolve. If you loved the result at the time of injection, then you should continue with your future treatments.
