Foreskin Went Inside Penis Shaft After Laser Liposuction, I'm Worried. (photo)

I'm aware of the temporary side effects like blood rushing down into genitals because of gravity. I'm also aware that it's suppoused to be swollen, change color and hurt and that it takes time for things to return to normal. There is only one thing that freaks me out and which I couldn't find any information online about. Like you see on the photo the foreskin/shaft has crawled inside penis and it hurts very much if I try to pull the head out. Should I be worried or is this also normal?
