Normal To Have Deep Forehead Wrinkles at Age 21? What Can I Do? (photo)

I've had "wrinkles" since I was about 18. I have a reasonably prominent line across the forehead which is my biggest concern. I have maintained a good diet, and have never smoked. Part of my worries is my actual skull is very uneven across the forehead, with a centre recessed "inverted triangle" of bone. I'm wondering how much of this could be reversed. I wouldn't mind a few fine lines in my late twenties/early thirties. But I am 21 and this wrinkle is already reasonably deep, is this normal?
