What Can Be Done for White Scars on the Back of my Head from an Old Hair Transplant? (photo)

I wanted to share my situation with you and see if you had any suggestions. I am 38 and had a HT about 15 years ago. It has left scarring in the donor area as you can see from the pictures. I have round white scars from the old punch technique. The top of my head was not affected. I wear my hair short, 2 guard and just recently shaved it. It does not look to bad, but I would like to find a way to reduce the scarring or get the skin color back or even break up the pattern. Any ideas?

These look like old type hair transplant scars. More recent treatment leaves a straight scar in the hairline, but even with hair cut tight like yours it could be noticeable. This is very difficult to treat.
