What Should I Do for a Visible and Dramatic Touch of Volume to my Face?

Hi, I'm a 18 years old boy, I'm really tiny ( 105 lbs for 5'6 ) and my problem is that I would've loved to get fat injections to my jawline and cheekbones since I think that my face is just too much oval for my taste, but my doctor told me that he could not do the surgery since I don't have enough fat ( and I understand ). I was wondering what options are best for me since I whant a kind of dramatic change. I already have structures but I really whant to emphasize them.
