...in my area (Los Gatos/Mtn View/Palo Alto, San Francisco) who does this procedure on aging hands; is fat transfer preferable to filler for the hands?

Once again: you have NOT answered my question: who is an expert in hand rejuvenation in my area. Of course I know what it is, that was never my question. Twice now I have precisely asked which doctors in the Los Gatos, Sunnyvale, Palo Alto, even SF area do this work. Instead, I've now received answers from MDs in New York and Virginia. Really?
