Is there a specific drink or food I can take to help reduce extra water retention? It's been 8 weeks after surgery, but I'm still a little puffy and lumpy! Is that normal?

Foods for swelling

I would have to say just to eat a balanced diet.  Other than avoiding salty foods, the swelling will gradually improve as the body completes the healing process.
