NEED 2 FIND AN AFFORDABLE SURGEON IN FLORIDA

Hi. I am in the Bahamas and would like to have rhinoplasty. I want to find a doc that's not too expensive. I'm looking for someone that can possibly shorten my nose & put my wide sides in for $2,000-$3,000 minimum. OR can allow a Non-U.S. resident monthly financing. I am in the Bahamas, and we do not have Social Security. We have something similar called National Insurance.

Is there any reputable doctor in FL that can do this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
