What is the Difference Between Marionette Lines and Naso-labial Folds? Best Fillers?

I looked online and am unclear about the difference between marionette lines and naso-labial folds. Typically speaking, can a 51 year old without hardly any wrinkles (olive skin) but getting slight jowls get any benefit from fillers for these two areas? At 51, is fat or chemical fillers better? Thank you!

Both can be softened substantially with the use of fillers such as restylane or radiesse, though some contour should be left at the top of the nasolabial fold to demarcate the junction of the cheek and lip. more
