I'm 3 weeks post-op....I went for a light jog....until I felt a small shift....Now, I can feel a small 'gas bubble' near my mammary fold. Maybe, it's my imagination and paranoia, but can one knock a breast implant out of place 3 weeks post-op? Thank you for you answer!

This Is perfectly normal and will disappear in the next few weeks. It is from air and fluid (irrigation, local anesthetic, serum, etc) in the pocket which will be naturally absorbed over time.
It is difficult to comment without photo or direct examination. Implants usually settle within 3-6 months. You can wait another 3 months and see whether your implants would settle any further down. As the implants settle down, the nipple areolar complex will go up slightly....
