If someone chooses to have a FreeFat Transfer/Stem cell phalloplasty procedure; which of the following methods give the most consistent results(to decrease risk of lumps, increase blood supply,and reduce fat reabsorption)...1)centrifuge or filtration 2)if centrifuging does it matter what kit is used? 3) should PRP be used 4) is staging better than overfilling 5) does injecting fat with carbon dioxide increase the survival

In my experience of penile enlargement the most natural and perfect result is NOT with fat transfer or stem cells at all.  Alloderm in layers with give amazing results that are natural and normal.  Fat does not belong to penis and it is not normal to be there.  Fat makes penis soft and "fat" like a blob which is not attractive or aesthetic nor functionally sound as it has to be firm with no fat as erect. I suggest to look for alternative options. I perform fat transfer for past 19 years and penile enhancement and this is based on results I have seen and redos I have performed on Fat transfered (now days called stem cells) penises that aren't pleasing from all over the world

The only major issue to me since I do BBLs everyday is the injection techniques not all these unproven side issues. I recommend micro or nano fat grafting in layered droplet injection after Dr Syd Coleman..
