Face Specialists in Florida for IPL Treatment?

I have inherited freckles on my face and have always wanted to get them removed. In my opinion, they are not very dark and can be nicely concealed with makeup, although they are still noticeable in the sun. I've been considering the Intense Pulse Light (IPL). However, I fear any pain, risks, and side effects resulting from the procedure. Can anyone recommend someone in Delray Beach, Boca Ration Florida, or Boynton Beach Florida that specializes with the face?

IPL will not permanently remove freckles

Intense Pulse Light or IPL is very good at minimizing sun spots associated with sun exposure. However, it is not likely to permanently remove freckles. It will do 3 things: 1) decrease heterogeneity of pigmentation, 2) help remove broken blood vessels, 3) give a slight tightening effect to your skin. I recommend you see Dr. John Westine or Dr. Tom Tzikas in Delray for more information.
