Fleur De Lis or Breast Lift - Which One to Do First? (photo)

I'm a 30yo. and over the last 5-6 years I have lost over 120lbs. Now I need a Tummy tuck,breast lift and upper thighs lift.Each of these procedures will be performed by a different surgeons. I can't find a surgeon ever done Fleur De Lis before in my country, so I'll be the first. According to what you see in the pictures are there any risks and disadvantages if I start with the breast lift. I need your opinion, which of the two procedures must be first for a better results. Thanks
