I Have Flattened Hypertrophic Scars Which Are Still Red. How Do I Get Rid of the Hyperpigmentation?
They are fairly flat and some are even with the rest of my skin tone, however the redness of some of them remains to be a problem. I have tried a vbeam at 2 different intensities, am now trying metronidazole 0.75%, and am beginning to develop a growing curiosity in Hydroquinone. What i want to know is what the sure fire way is to get rid of the redness/ hyperpigmentation to even out the scars with my skin tones complexion, and how to reduce the itchiness/swelling that I sometimes feel.
