Flat Moles on the Face?

can flat brown/black moles be removed from the face using radiosurgery. Is this the best technique ? What are the other options that lease likely leave a noticable scar. These moles have been their since childhood and have not changed over the years. Any advise will be greatly appreciated

Removal of flat moles on the face

Flat moles on the face can usually be removed using a "shave excision" method. The mole is actually "shaved off" at a very superficial level just below the surface of the skin. This method is quite effective and leaves a minimal scar. The procedure typically takes less than a minute, and is fairly painless. The tissue can then be sent for microscopic examination which is important to confirm its being a benign growth. I would advise against radiosurgery for removing facial moles as this often results in greater scarring and leaves no tissue for microscopic examination.
