I'm 17 and have tuberous breasts. I've had the same size and shape breast since I was 12.I'm not over or under weight and I'm healthy. It's so embarrasing. So I have two questions. Is it possible for me to get my breasts fixed at 17 years old? and if I have to get implants, is it possible to just fix the apperence (making them round and normal shaped) without really increasing in size. Preferably staying a the same size? Just changing the shape? :)

Tuberous (aka tubular or constricted) breasts corrected without implant surgery

There have been a few descriptions of techniques to achieve this and one requires a flap and multiple external scars so in some instances the implants are a better option. I have used implants temporarily as expanders to increase the width of the breast followied by a removal a year later. Lasty the use of fat grafting has been described for this purpose. see video

Hi. You absolutely do not need implants. The important parts of the surgery correct the shape of the breasts internally to create a round shape and smaller areolas. You can have the surgery at 17.

Tuberous breasts are a tough fix

The true tuberous breast is the toughest starting point for cosmetic breast surgery in my opinion. If you have a mild form it could be possible to improve it without an implant but in its more severe forms, an implant is virtually requires to expand the constricted tissue and stretch the lower pole.
